Sponsorship is $25 a month or $300 a year per person for food, shelter, health care and education. Your sponsorship is set up as a recurring gift at the level of support indicated. You may end the payments at any time in the future should you decide to stop sponsorship.

Chemi Tsering
Age: 16
Chemi was born in a small village in Central Tibet. He did not get an opportunity to study in Tibet. He was helping his family in the fields. He came into exile in year 2008 and was admitted at Theckchok Namdroling Monastery in South India.


Damchoe Gyatso
Age: 25
Damchoe was a monk in Tibet, he studied Buddhist studies and at the same he was learning Tibetan medicine. Due to lots of restriction he escaped in 2006. Presently he is studying in Tashi Kyi Monastery.


Dhondup Gyaltsen
Age: 20
Dhondup is an orphan monk from Lithang, Tibet. He was send to exile by his relatives to get better education. He became monk and enrolled in Namdroling monastery in South India.


Jamyang Norbu
Age: 25
Jamsang was born in Barkham, Tibet. He was enrolled in a monastery in his village. He was not allowed to study religion in Tibet due to the restrictions imposed by the Chinese government; he came into exile to pursue his monastic education in Theckchok Namdroling Monastery in South India.

Jamsang was born in Dege , Tibet . He became monk at age 10 and enrolled in a monastery in his village. He was not allowed to study religion in Tibet due to the restrictions imposed by the Chinese government; he came into exile to pursue his monastic education in Dzongsar Institute.



Karma Choephel
Age: 18
Karma was a monk in Gonjo, Tibet. He studied a bit of reading and writing. He came into exile in year 2008. Presently he is studying in Theckchok Namdroling in South India.


Kelsang Lhakpa
Age: 18
Kelsang is a semi orphan monk from Shigatse, Tibet. He came into exile in year 2009. Presently he is studying in Theckchok Namdroling in South India.


Kunchok Samten
Age: 22
Kunchok was a monk in Driru Dzong Monastery in Tibet. He came into exile in year 2008. Presently he is studying in Theckchok Namdroling in South India.


Palden Khedup
Age: 16

Palden was born in Karze, Tibet. He studied in Karze monaster. Due to the restrictions imposed by the Chinese government; he came into exile on June 2009 to pursue his monastic education. Presently he is studying at Sera Jey Monastery.

Phurbu Trinlay

Phurbu was sent in exile in August 2005 by his family to study Buddhist education and live a better life. He joined Ngor E-van Choeden monastery.

Phuntsok
Date of Birth: 1989

Phuntsok was born in Drachein Dzong , Tibet . He has been helping his family in farming. He came into exile in June 2005 to purse his religions studies and now he studies in a Bon Monastery in Nepal .


Sonam Topchen
Age: 16
Code #:19515
Sonam's parents are farmers in Karze, Tibet. He had not received any education prior to joining the monastery in India. He came into exile on March 2009. Presently he is studying at Sera Jey Monastery.
