MESSAGE FROM THE
PRESIDENT OF TIBET FUND

Supporters of the Tibetan cause can provide much-needed help with contributions to the Tibetan Solidarity Alliance Blue Book. The Blue Book is a project of the Central Tibetan Administration and is administered in the United States by the Tibet Fund. The Blue Book is patterned after the Tibetan Freedom Movements Green Book, which enables Tibetan refugees to support the efforts of His Holiness on behalf of the Tibetan Nation. All Tibetans contribute donations from their annual income. Tibetan refugees living outside the Indian subcontinent donate at least US $96 annually.

The Blue Book is your opportunity to contribute as well. Join the Tibetan peace struggle by becoming a member of the Tibetan Solidarity Alliance. As little as US $25 a year will support the vision of a free Tibet and assure the well-being of Tibetan refugees. Your support has made the difference to date. HOW TO JOIN
THE BLUE BOOK PROJECT

To join the Blue Book Project, participants pledge to make an annual contribution of as little as $25 and receive a "Blue Book" which they keep. This handsome, 4" x 5 3/4", 64 page hardbound booklet has a blue linen finish cover with the seal of Tibet foil-stamped in gold. The title page is printed in two colors, with the seal of Tibet in red.

With your first contribution, you will receive an individualized Blue Book validated with a Tibetan stamp. Thereafter, each time we receive your contribution, we will mail you validation stamps like the ones above depicting the Potala Palace and various Tibetan designs that you may affix in your book.
